PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle which can be simplified and thinned down. SOLUTION: The seat has a flexible plate member 26 and the flexible plate member 26 has a frame part 93 and a central plate part 67 which is extended from the inner circumferential periphery part on one side of the frame part 93 toward the inner circumferential periphery part on the opposite side thereof and reaches near the inner circumferential periphery part on the opposite side being surrounded by the frame part 93 while a plurality of tongue pieces 72 and 74 is formed at the inner circumferential periphery part of the frame part 93 protruding to the central plate part.
