PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make various kinds of rescue apparatus installed on a deck of a present vessel to further effective apparatus and to raise a rescue lifesaving rate than the present status. SOLUTION: The compact and light weight solar battery type light emission transmitter is utilized.
