PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain destination transfer to a portable communication terminal by general purpose application software. SOLUTION: The destination transfer system comprises a portable communication terminal for setting a hyper link corresponding to the communication type of a communication address in an e-mail document for the communication address, and an information processor for storing the e-mail address of the portable communication terminal and the communication address of a predetermined contact. The information processor comprises a section holding a tag character used by the portable communication terminal for identifying the communication type of a communication address, a destination screen display section for presenting a communication address stored in its own unit to a user, a section for determining the communication type of a communication address specified by the user, a section for creating an e-mail document describing a tag character corresponding to the communication type and the communication address, and a section for transmitting the e-mail document to the e-mail address of the portable communication terminal.
