PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hands-free speech apparatus, a control method thereof, a control program, and a recording medium which can select a proper telephone terminal among a plurality of available telephone terminals for attaining a hands-free speech and which can singly use another telephone terminal during a hands-free call. SOLUTION: The hands-free call unit 10 collates fingerprint data acquired by a living body information detecting unit 26 with living body information stored in a storage section 21 and enables a hands-free call via a mobile phone 100, when the collation indicates agreement and a radio communication section 30 searches the mobile phone 100 with a telephone number matching the identification information stored in the storage section 21.
