PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna which has an improved gain at a low elevating angle side while enabling the cost to be reduced and facilitating the design/manufacture. SOLUTION: In the antenna 10, an antenna pattern 12 of a metallic layer is formed on a front side 7 of a board 11, a ground upper board 13 is provided on the rear side of the board 11, the board 11 is supported above the ground lower board 14 via metal-made support legs 16, and the ground upper board 13 and the ground lower board 14 are electrically conducted by the support legs 16.
