PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide secure locking structure for a support rod holding a hood in an opening posture and eliminate the generation of vibration noise caused by the floating of the support rod when the support rod is housed in an engine room. SOLUTION: The base end of the support rod 13 is turnably pivoted, and a projection 13b toward the front side of the machine body 4 is formed at the tip of the support rod 13 in the uprising state of the support rod 13. A locking body 18 engaged with the projection part 13b of the support rod 13 is provided on the hood 10, the support rod 13 is turned to the rear side of the machine body 4, and the projection 13b of the support rod 13 is engaged with the locking body 18 of the hood 10. While holding the hood 10 in an opening posture, the support rod 13 is turned to the front side of the machine body 4, and the engagement of the projection part 13b and a hole 25a is held by utilizing the elastic deformation of the holding body 22 by fitting the projection 13b directing to the lower side of the support rod 13 into the hole 25a formed at the holding body 22.
