PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color sensor with high sensitivity and spectral sensitivity similar to people's eye for regenerating an image without pseudo colors. SOLUTION: An image is picked up by light receive elements 61, 62, 63, which generate each color signal corresponding to stimulative values of each color in RGB system, and a means for adding a signal, which is generated at a blue color(B) receive element, as a positive sensitivity factor to the receive element for generating a signal of red(R) or to the red color(R) signal generated by the element is provided. In addition, a receive element with spectacle sensitivity in relation to the spectacle region(BG) is provided, and a means for generating a new color signal of red signal(R') from subtraction process with a ratio based on a coefficient previously set from the red(R) color signal is provided.
