PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table for a seat suited to use of a personal computer in a vehicle, and a seat capable of fixing a base of a table on a side of the seat, enlarging a substantial surface area of the table, and stably using a personal computer. SOLUTION: In the table for a seat with its base fixed on a side of the seat, with a table part pulled out and reclined and enlarged to a user side, made suitable for use of a personal computer in a vehicle, pads 13, 14 are arranged on edges of enlarged table bodies 11, 12, and the pads 13, 14 are pulled out so as to substantially expand the surface area of the table body.
