The invention relates to a depressurization device (1) for a coolant circuit (15) installed in a vehicle, including a body (2) suitable for having a coolant (14) pass therethrough, said body (2) accommodating a depressurization means (3) suitable for lowering the pressure of the coolant, and a means (5) for bypassing the depressurization means (3), which is capable of opening when a pressure of the coolant upstream from the bypass means (5) is lower than a predetermined threshold.
