PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively resolving in a short time nucleic acids adhered to the surface of a solid or mixed in a liquid, or effectively resolving in a short time biological cells adhered to the surface of a solid or mixed in a liquid and effectively resolving in a short time nucleic acids appeared thereby. SOLUTION: The method comprises resolving nucleic acids adhered to the surface of a solid or mixed in a liquid by using a liquid comprising a body fluid, a mucus or a mixture of the body fluid and the mucus, or by using a liquid for resolving nucleic acid or the like and including the liquid comprising the body fluid and/or the mucus, or a solid or powder formed from the liquid, wherein the body fluid and the mucus are those of one or more mollusks selected from mollusks belonging to Gastropoda Pulmonata, Gastropoda Opisthobranchia, Gastropoda Prosobranchia, Polyplacophora, Bivalvia or Cephalopoda, or the method comprises resolving biological cells adhered to the surface of a solid or mixed in a liquid and resolving the nucleic acids appeared thereby.
