<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication apparatus capable of suitably deciding transmission power at the start of communication. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile station apparatus 16 including a means for transmitting an access packet to a base station apparatus 14; and a means for retransmitting the access packet, when receiving no acknowledgement, in response to the transmitted access packet from the base station apparatus 14 is characterized to include a reception power processing section 26 that sequentially stores the reception power of a pilot signal transmitted from the base station apparatus 14 and determines the transmission power at retransmission of the access packet, on the basis of the stored contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
