<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot management system with low equipment costs capable of utilizing by both on-vehicle device mounting vehicles and on-vehicle device non-mounting vehicles. <P>SOLUTION: In the parking lot management system 10, when a vehicle enteres, whether it is an on-vehicle device mounting vehicle or an on-vehicle device non-mounting vehicle is determined on the basis of output conditions of a roadside device 1 and vehicle detector 4. In the case of the on-vehicle device mounting vehicle, a parking ticket is issued by registering a received wireless call number (WCN) unique to an on-vehicle device and entering time, and entrance processing for an on-vehicle device mounting vehicle regarding opening and closing control of an entrance gate 3 is executed. When a vehicle exites, whether it is the on-vehicle device mounting vehicle or the on-vehicle device non-mounting vehicle is determined on the basis of output conditions of a roadside device 5 and vehicle detector 8, a charge clearance is controlled on the basis of the received WCN in the case of the on-vehicle device mounting vehicle, and exit processing for an on-vehicle device mounting vehicle regarding opening and closing control of an exit gate is executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
