PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foaming stock solution manufacturing equipment which can perform stable air loading and which has superiority in cost to conventional technique. SOLUTION: The foaming stock solution manufacturing equipment has a tank 1 which a polyol composition is pumped in, a pipe arrangement 2 for sending out the polyol composition from the tank 1, a mixing head 4 which mixes the polyol composition which is sent out from the pipe arrangement 2 and an isocyanate component, a loading device 7 for carrying out loading of the air from a predetermined position 2a which exists in the middle of the course of the pipe arrangement 2, a mixer 8 prepared in the downstream side of the pipe arrangement rather than a predetermined position 2a, and a high pressure pump 9 provided in the upstream of the mixing head 4 by the downstream side of this mixer 8.
