<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rental server accounting system and its method which can be accessed from various devices without affecting any geographical limit, and can rationally perform the accounting of a proper use fees with respect to a copyright for copying data into a medium. <P>SOLUTION: An undertaker server 40 judges an access permission on the basis of the identification information of a user terminal 20 authenticated by a PKI authenticating station 30 where access authority stored in a memory base is set, and calculates a use fee on the basis of data acquired through a network 100 by a user terminal 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
