PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal member enabling to form installation part of a packing accurately with a little labor and cost irrespective of shape of the packing and to reduce labor and cost for manufacturing cock associated parts. SOLUTION: This seal member has the packing provided with a plurality of through holes installed in a recess part 67 and others provided on a surface where a plurality of flow passages cross of a guide body (guide plate 60) which a plurality of the flow passages 61-63 pass through. A shape of an outer edge part G2 of the recess part 67 and others is made in a shape along an outer edge shape of the packing.
