PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetation block using a bryophyte plant, with which handleability is facilitated, workability is increased and secure multiplication of a bryophyte plant is actualized. SOLUTION: A chip body is mixed with a urethane resin, formed into a base block part 1 of a fixed shape, a multiplication base part 2 composed of a paper fiber 22, porous sterile soil 21 such as ground material of tile or ground material of brick or both is bonded to the surface of the base block part, an aqueous solution of a plant activity-containing enzyme 23 is added to the multiplication base part and the bryophyte plant 3 is fixed on the multiplication base part.
