The frame (1) comprises two glass receiving circles each of which defines a glass (7) reception area which is provided, on the internal circumference thereof on the side of the front (5) or rear (6) face of the frame (1), with a flat support surface (11) which reduces the section (X) of said area (7). Each circle comprises, along the internal circumference thereof, at least one glass immobilising device having a part (13) slidingly mounted in a housing (12) which is arranged in the thickness (10) of the internal circumference of the circles (2, 3) and is manoeuvrable by means of a tappet screw (17) accessible from the outside of said reception area (7).
