<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system capable of forming an optimal image which an operator wants to obtain, even if the operator does not have the knowledge of processing unique to a printer, trade-offs between advantages and adverse effects or the like and even if a level of image formation is not set in detail on a printer driver, and saving labor of parameter setting of the printer driver. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming system in which a display device, an input device and the printer are connected with each other is provided with a means for inputting, by the operator, an application level and evaluation of an image formed by the printer; a means for updating and accumulating the input of the application level and evaluation as a control parameter table; and a means for subtly changing processing for forming an image in a computer side and processing for forming an image in a printer side, based on the contents of the control parameter table, when an image is formed by the printer. Due to this structure, image forming speed, a color shade, a pattern of half-tone, an ink ejecting amount or the like at the time of forming of the image are made close to an image desired by the operator, as needed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
