PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically distribute a picture to a person desiring distribution who has become an object of photograph, without performing special operations to distribute the photographed picture, on the side of a portable telephone set with a camera. SOLUTION: This portable telephone set with a camera has an incoming call release mode for taking a photograph by a remote operation, performed by an incoming call from another telephone set, and starts a photographing operation, after the elapse of a prescribed delay period of time (step S18 and S20) when an incoming call is received from the other telephone, set during the setting of the incoming call release mode (step S10 and S12) and a release and mail command is subsequently received (step S14 and S16). Meanwhile, the telephone set with a camera acquires the telephone number of the other telephone set at incoming of call, acquires the e-mail address associated with the telephone number from a built-in address book on the basis of the telephone number (step S22), attaches a photographed image to an e-mail and automatically transmits the e-mail by using the e-mail address (step S24).
