PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect a tightening torque in the various states by solving the problem wherein sometimes inspection cannot be performed because of being influenced by the fastening state of a bolt when inspecting the tightening torque of the bolt by retightening. SOLUTION: In a determination means for determining a torque value at the movement start time of the bolt as a retightening inspection torque value and displaying it on a display part based on information of a torque sensor and an angular velocity sensor provided on a torque wrench, fulfillment of any one condition is enough as a moving start condition of the bolt, from among the case of the condition 1 wherein the rising gradient of a rotation angle to the torque is larger than a prescribed value continuously in a plurality of times, the case of the condition 2 wherein the torque value is decreased as much as a prescribed value or more and the angular velocity is a prescribed value or higher, and the case of the condition 3 wherein the rotation angle when the torque value is changed as much as the prescribed value exceeds a threshold angle value.
