PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane module capable of easily attaching detaching a large-sized hollow fiber membrane module in a short time. SOLUTION: The hollow fiber membrane module that has at least one fluid inlet/outlet, and comprises a case housing into which the hollow fiber membrane is inserted and caps disposed at an opening at one end or openings at both ends of the case housing, wherein the module has a groove in which a protruded section at the peripheral section of at least either of the case housing or the caps is fitted into the other peripheral section thereof.
