PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing instant foods, particularly a beverage, using fermented soy beans to increase digestion rate dramatically, and to remove beany smell. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing instant foods using fermented soy beans comprises the steps of: deskinning soy beans and soaking them in water at room temperature for 8 hours; steaming them for 1 hour; maturing them on straws at 37-42 deg.c for 3 days; freeze-drying them under vacuum condition; dipping unpolished rice, apples, pears and the like in colloid silver then freeze-drying them; mixing the freeze-dried materials; and forming them into a shape of granule, powder and the like. |
