A thermoplastic composition, and articles made therefrom, containing at least graphite, mica and carbon fiber for low coefficient of friction materials and an article made therefrom. Additionally a particulate polyimide can also be added as a filler. The thermoplastic composition having a coefficient of friction less than or equal to 0.20.
