PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emboss one sheet of a blank made of paper and to easily form a paper-made cup having a integrated framing table. SOLUTION: A cup-shaped molding which consists of a bottom and a barrel is embossed from a supplied one sheet of the blank made of paper, the series of processes manufacturing a paper cup by gluing and fixing a number of folded parts of the barrel are performed on the circle of the periphery of a rotary shaft, thereby, a paper cup is continuously formed with space-saving. The pasting machine 16 in this case has a bottom force 20 which conserves the cup-shaped molding from bottom, a paste roll 41 which can contact the folded parts of the cup-shaped molding, and a rising and falling means which moves the bottom force and the paste roll up and down relatively, and pastes the folded parts of the cup-shaped molding by relative upward and downward movement of the bottom force 20 and the paste roll.
