PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable reservation system before utilization of network resource, which is proof against fluctuation of a schedule. SOLUTION: A reservation representative device 30 receives input of ID of a communication terminal 11, ID of a mobile object 12 and moving information for specifying use information of the mobile object 12, which includes a use start point and a use termination point, acquires an operation schedule of the mobile object 12 from a mobile object operation managing device 20 based on ID of the mobile object 12 and use information of the mobile object 12, specifies a network resource managing device 42 managing a network on a planned arrival site of the mobile object 12 from the operation schedule and reserves network resource of the communication terminal 11, which corresponds to ID of the communication terminal 11, on length of stay in the planned arrival site of the mobile object 21, which is specified from the operation schedule, in the specified network resource managing device 42.
