PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device body. SOLUTION: In a data transfer device having a plurality of host controllers 13 capable of controlling reading data and writing data for the device connected with a bus, respective independent buses 14 are connected with each host controller 13, and a common device 22 are connected with each bus 14 via respective bus switches 25.
