PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slag tapping temperature control method, a slag tapping temperature control program and a slag tapping temperature control device capable of rapidly and sufficiently responding to fluctuation of slag tapping temperature involved by property change of waste or the like. SOLUTION: This method comprises a measuring step of measuring the temperature of a discharged melt; and a control step of controlling the temperature of the melt by combining a plurality of steps among step of adjusting the temperature of oxygen-containing gas to be blown to a tuyere, a step of adjusting the oxygen concentration of the oxygen-containing gas to be blown to the tuyere, and a step of adjusting the input quantity of carbonaceous auxiliary fuel to be inputted through a charging hole at an upper part of a fuel body.
