发明名称 METHOD FOR SIMPLY DESIGNING MOLDING PLAN
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply designing a molding plan by which the planned shape having well balanced gates can easily be decided with a designer and a high quality formed product can be produced. SOLUTION: In the designing of the molding plan, used for a metal injection molding and having a main runner 5 as the course of molten metal, a plurality of sub-runners 6a, 6b, and gates 3a, 3b formed in respective sub-runners 6a, 6b, a constitutional element for regulating the shapes of the main runner 5, the sub-runners 6a, 6b and the gates 3a, 3b, is made to be a plan designing parameter, assumed injecting speed of the molten metal is made to be a molding conditional parameter, and the plan designing parameter and the molding conditional parameter are allocated to an orthogonal table in the design of the experiment. In this combination, the molding experiment or a fluid analysis with CAE (computer aided engineering) is performed, and the relation between the time difference of the arrival of the molten metal to each gate and the plan designing parameter, is formulated as the target function with an n-order polynomial approximate expression through a response curved surface methodology, and the various kinds of parameters, with which the time difference to reach the gate by using the above target function, is made minimum, are decided.
