<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a user service by providing viewing contents for performing the individual correspondence of each user. <P>SOLUTION: A user visits at a store, and reads identification information by making a portable terminal 30 approach a contents recording medium, and receives the contents for preview. Also, the user records a book mark in a part in which the user has gotten interested in the result of browsing, and performs access to a contents management server 10 later based on the book mark.
