SOLAR CELL AND SOLAR CELL MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell in which drop of output can effectively be suppressed even if the area of a backside becomes large, and to provide a solar cell module.

SOLUTION: In the solar cell, a p+-layer and an n+-layer are formed at the backside on the opposite side of the light receiving face of a semiconductor substrate. A finger electrode is formed on the p+-layer and the n+-layer, and at least one of bus bar electrodes crossing the finger electrode is formed inside the backside of the solar cell. In the solar cell module, a plurality of solar cells are combined where p+-layers and n+-layers on the opposite side of the light receiving face of the semiconductor substrate are formed. Finger electrodes are formed on the p+-layer and the n+-layer. At least one of bus bar electrodes crossing the finger electrode is formed inside the backside of the solar cell module.
