PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level conversion circuit for converting an input signal (DI) of a small amplitude signal to an internal power source voltage level with low power consumption. SOLUTION: A level shifter (LCKi) which converts a level of an input data signal (DI) of the small amplitude signal is composed of a differential amplifier circuit (130) which generates a signal according to the comparison result obtained by receiving an internal power source voltage as an operation power voltage and comparing an input data signal and a reference voltage (VREF).
