PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a stable oscillatory operation of an armature at a wire dot printer head, and furthermore to obtain an oscillation force necessary for high-speed printing. SOLUTION: The armature 4 which has a fulcrum shaft 12 and a face to be attracted 14 to butt against a core 27 is opposed to the core 27 which has a coil wound around and a magnetic pole face 28. The fulcrum shaft 12 is supported and set to be able to freely oscillate. An attraction direction of an attraction force F which is acted to the face 14 by the core 27, and a movement direction in which the face 14 is moved by the attraction force F are nearly agreed with each other. The stable oscillatory operation of the armature 4 is thus realized, and moreover the oscillation force necessary for high-speed printing can be obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
