PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple composition, to contribute to miniaturization, and to enhance durability. SOLUTION: The floor heating structure comprises a plurality of floor heating body units 1, and receiving members 14 supporting each floor heating body units in a lower side of a floor board 2. Each floor heating body unit is provided with a tank like housing box 4, a heat insulating layer 5 covering a housing box inner face, heat storage materials 6 which are pebbles of natural rock housed in the housing box 4, and a spiral line like heating element 7 embedded in the heat storage materials in a horizontal state. In one heating wire of each heating element, heating parts bent backward at center parts are mutually wound at equal intervals in the same direction using the center part as a center, each floor heating body unit is arranged between beams 8 and it is in a state held by the beams 8, and an opening of an upper end of the housing box 4 is covered by the floor board 2.
