PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten voltage stability during operation by the operation of a charge pump type boosting means, according to the operation of a load, since a boosting means using a coil becomes a noise source during the operation of the load, when the operation of the boosting means is irregular. SOLUTION: A power supply source control means 44 detects the operation of the load 6. By transmitting a signal to the charge pump type boosting means 43, which does not use a coil, according to the operation of the load 6 to adjust a voltage, electric power is supplied for the load 6 with a stable voltage.
