<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elucidate a gene expression profile between human dental pulp stem cells (hDPSCs) and mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) as the representative group of odontogenic cell and osteogenic cell and a cluster analysis and to specify a gene group having an expression profile different between a human dental pulp stem cell and mesenchymal stem cell. <P>SOLUTION: A gene group in which an expression level is differentiated in bone, induced to express DMP1, DSPP and ALP and varied in a human dental pulp stem cell than in a human mesenchymal stem cell and which is cited in the table II, III or VI (not shown in the figure) of the specification is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
