PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition capable of yielding a molded article excellent in conductivity and flame retardancy. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition excellent in conductivity and flame retardancy contains (A) 40-85 mass% thermoplastic resin and (B) 60-15 mass% carbon black and further contains, as flame retardants, (C) a brominated organic phosphate flame retardant and (D) antimony trioxide.
