<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an efficient print-out without making the processing operation of a printing job delayed by making a continuous printing operation possible by transmitting the data, which has become an intermediate language after analyzing PDL for the printer sub-designated beforehand, to the designated printer if a distributed printing due to the bad condition of a self-machine printer engine is performed. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing device is equipped with an intermediate language formation means (CPU101) interpreting a page-description language sent from a PC200 and converting it into the intermediate language, an intermediate language transmission means (CPU101, a communication processing device 110) checking if other printers connected to a network is ready for printing operation and transmitting the intermediate language to the printer, a lithography processing device 105 interpreting the intermediate language and performing the lithography processing operation for the image date for printing and a band-memory area 104c storing the image data prepared by the lithography processing device 105. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
