PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to effectively comparatively read a shadow of left and right mammographs on an X-ray film viewer. SOLUTION: In the medical image processing system 100 according to the present invention, a location ensuring screen is displayed arranging so as to align a chest wall side of image data L and a chest wall of image data R each other, when the image data L and the image data R of the left and right breasts formed in an image forming device 1 are inputted into an image processing device 2. In the location ensuring screen, the image data L or the image data R are adjusted in their position such that the locations of the left and right breast are relatively aligned in the extending direction of a border line of the chest wall portion, the image data L and the image data R are respectively arranged in an output image frame and an output image data L and an output image data R are made and outputted from an image storing device 3 on the basis of the location adjusting result when established.
