PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coating galvanized steel sheet which is not only excellent in coating suitability, workability, and various profiles such as electric conductivity but also exhibits corrosion resistance which is excellent after an alkaline cleaning process, and which has a resin-coating excellent also in tape peeling resistance. SOLUTION: The resin-coating galvanized steel sheet has the resin-coating obtained from the emulsion composition in which an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer, an amine at 100°C or less boiling points which is equivalent to 0.2-0.8 mols against one mol of a carboxyl group which this ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer has, a monovalent metal compound which is equivalent 0.02-0.4 mols against one mol of the carboxyl groups which the ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer has, and 2-28 mass% of a cross linking agent having two or more functional groups which can react with the carboxyl group against 100 mass% of the solid content of the emulsion composition are included.
