PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a steel panel frame body capable of easily manufacturing a steel panel frame body in high strength and in high precision by improving working efficiency and its fixture for manufacturing. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the steel panel frame body having upper and lower frame materials 11, 13 and a plurality of vertical frame materials 15 connected to them has a first holding means 12 to hold the upper frame material 11 at a specified position and a second holding means 14 to hold the lower frame material 13 at a specified position, respectively moves either one or both of the first and second holding means 12, 14 to a stand-by position, to a temporarily assembling position and an assembling position, respectively fixes the upper and lower frame materials 11, 13 on the first and second holding means 12, 14 at the stand-by position, temporarily assembles the vertical frame materials 15 by inserting them between the upper and lower frame materials 11, 13 facing against each other at the temporarily assembling position and carries out a fixing process of the vertical frame materials 15 installed between the upper and lower frame materials 11, 13 with the vertical frame materials while pressurizing them by the upper and lower frame materials 11, 13 at the assembling position.
