摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling apparatus which can constantly maintain a low dissolved oxygen concentration by performing the treatment of deoxidizing water as a cooling medium in large quantities in a short period of time, which can efficiently cool object equipment to be cooled by preventing the corrosion of the water, and which requires little labor for maintenance by virtue of a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This cooling apparatus is equipped with a primary cooling system and a secondary cooling system 12, and is further provided with a heat exchanger 1 which cools the object equipment , which comprises an injection molding machine and a mold, by the secondary cooling system 12 and transferring by heat exchange the heat of the secondary cooling system 12 to the primary cooling system. The secondary cooling system 12 is equipped with a nitrogen gas generator D, and a dissolved oxygen reducing tank 13 for reducing dissolved oxygen by emitting a jet of nitrogen gas like air bubbles from the nitrogen gas generator D into the water as the cooling medium. In the tank 13, a nozzle member 30 with a plurality of holes 30a for emitting the jet of nitrogen gas, which is connected to the nitrogen gas generator D, is arranged near its bottom 13a.
