FIELD: equipment for unwinding of wound elongated material, which may be used, for example, in manufacture of spirals from wire, electric spools, cords, etc. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has feeding spool with braking device and compensation lever. Counterweight with variable weight is additionally provided, said counterweight being disposed on one of two arms of compensation lever, whose core is fixed on rotating support for varying length ratio of both lever arms.
