PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate setup work such as member replacement and cleaning work, reduce size and make alignment work unnecessary. SOLUTION: The extrusion head 1 is composed of a unit part mounting hole 5, a head main body 3 equipped with a first introducing passage 9 for introducing a coating resin and a die unit part 7 which can be inserted in and drawn out of the unit part mounting hole 5. The die unit part 7 is composed of a nipple part 15, a die part 19, a master core 21 for positioning the nipple part 15 and the die part 19 and a cartridge 23 of a two-split structure for holding the master core 21 from the out side. Further, the cartridge 23 is equipped with the second introducing passage 43 communicating with the first introducing passage 9, the first flow channel 45 communicating with the second introducing passage 43 to be provided between the cartridge 23 and the master core 21, the second flow channel 59 communicating with the first flow channel 45 to be provided between the master core 21 and the nipple part 15 and the third flow channel 61 communicating with the second flow channel 59 to be provided between the nipple part 15 and the die part 19.
