The present invention provides a method, comprising the steps of defining communications parameters under control of a communications offering entity, implementing the communications parameters in a communications offering means, assigning the communications offering means to a target entity, providing at least a part of the communications offering means to the target entity, and providing, by the communications offering means, a communications offer to the target entity to communicate according to the communications parameters, wherein the at least part of communications offering means is provided to at least one target entity, in particular to a plurality of target entities, and wherein the at least part of communications offering means is provided in dependence of an event, in particular of an upcoming event, being related to, in particular being initiated by, the offering entity.
