PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform work excellent in reliability by securely protecting a worker with a safety frame in various works performed by the worker as a work vehicle rider. SOLUTION: In a work vehicle, the safety frame is composed of a lower frame and an upper frame, which is connected with the lower frame so as to freely rising up and fall down. A derricking motion sensor detecting derricking state of the upper frame is provided on either the lower frame or the upper frame, and an engine stop means stopping the drive of an engine at falling down of the upper frame.
