BAND SAW TYPE CUTTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band saw type cutting device horizontally cutting a workpiece. SOLUTION: The band saw type cutting device 10 is composed by wrapping an endless band saw blade 44 around a pair of sheaves 42, 42 arranged in a vertical plane. A pair of the sheaves 42, 42 are horizontally moved. Consequently, the workpiece 12 is horizontally cut with the band saw blade 44. The workpiece 12 is laid on a freely rotatable table 20.
