The industrial cleaner of water and air contains metal housing, in which the filter packet is mounted, in which metal screens executed with the cells, inlet branch pipe of housing for supply of water or air into the housing and outlet branch pipe for discharge of pure water or purified air are located. In the housing the metal tube is vertically located, which passes through the center of filter packet with possibility of tightening of horizontally located metallic elements of different geometric configuration, inside which metal screens are mounted. Between elements with screens the filteringmaterial with differed combination of types of material is folded in several layers, layers have different filtration rating, and their overall dimensions correspond to geometric dimensions of elements, which are mounted with intermediate inserts inside the packet located between two pressure plates, through central openings of which the metal tube is mounted which is executed with the cuts for passage of water or air. Inlet and outlet branch pipes are mounted in support basis of housing.
