PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts by using a reservoir of a master cylinder actuated by a brake pedal in common for a reservoir of a brake cylinder actuated by a motor. SOLUTION: Since an open/close valve 17a is opened only for a predetermined time after the brake hydraulic pressure which is generated by driving a brake cylinder 18a with the motor 20a is supplied to a wheel cylinder 16a in a state where the open/close valve 17a disposed between the master cylinder 10 and the brake cylinder 18a, is closed and the braking force is generated, and the master cylinder 10 is communicated to the wheel cylinder 16a, the brake liquid can be replenished to the brake cylinder 18a from the reservoir 25 of the master cylinder 10. While the number of the parts is reduced by using the reservoir 25 of the master cylinder 10 in common for the brake cylinder 18a without providing an exclusive reservoir for the brake cylinder 18a, the brake liquid can be replenished for the brake cylinder 18a and the dragging of the wheel cylinder 16a can be reduced thereby.
