<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater managing system and its method for managing a heater with a management ID including information for suggesting information relating to reforming the heater requiring domestic reforming work. <P>SOLUTION: The heater managing system comprises a manufacturer server 1 provided in a manufacturer for managing information for the heater using an original ID, a consignee server 2 provided in a consignee for totally managing the information for the heater in coordination with the original ID and the management ID, a distribution point terminal 3 provided in a distribution point for generating the management ID in accordance with the original ID stored in the heater 6 and equipment information including information relating to reforming work, storing it in the heater 6 and transmitting it to the consignee server 2, and a maintenance terminal 4 provided in a installation site for reading the management ID stored in the heater 6 when carrying out the maintenance of the heater 6, transmitting the management ID to the consignee server 2, and receiving the equipment information corresponding to the management ID transmitted from the consignee server 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
