<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic bottle with a handle capable of enhancing the strength of an upper portion of a bottle body having a recess for mounting the handle and suppressing the deformation of the entire bottle in a decompression mode. <P>SOLUTION: In the plastic bottle with the handle in which a recess 13 for mounting the handle is formed in an upper side face of a blow-molded cylindrical bottle body 11, and the handle 12 is mounted in the recess, a longitudinal rib 21 in the bottle axial direction is formed on upper side faces of the bottle body located on both sides of the recess 13 for mounting the handle.
